Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed via email upon booking. You will receive appointment details, meeting link (for virtual sessions), and any required intake forms or questionnaires. Please complete all requested forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payment Terms
Free consultations: No payment required to book
Paid consultations: Payment due at time of booking
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. To respect everyone's time and maintain availability for all clients, we require at least 3 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling with no penalty
Less than 3 hours notice:
Free consultations: Forfeited, must rebook as paid consultation ($100)
Paid consultations: No refund; may reschedule once for 50% of original fee
Tax prep/bookkeeping deposits: Deposit forfeited; must pay new deposit to reschedule
No-shows: Appointments missed without notice result in forfeiture of all fees paid and cancellation of services. New deposit required to re-engage.
Late Arrivals
Please join virtual meetings on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients, with no refund of fees.
Client Responsibilities
Provide all requested documents and information by stated deadlines
Respond to emails and requests for clarification within 48 hours
Maintain organized records as discussed during consultations
Make payments according to agreed terms
Failure to provide required information may result in delays or additional fees.
Professional Conduct
We maintain a professional, respectful environment for all clients. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if clients engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
